Founding Members share 10% of DSM's monthly revenue and 20% of the annual post-tax profits from DSM subsidiaries proportionate to their Founding Membership Ratio (FMR). For members and their referral networks who joined after the end of March 2025 but before the end of June 2025, the ratio is calculated by dividing the member's verified referrals (only 1 level deep), plus their deemed verified referrals earned through their own DSP purchases and payment for verification fees (10 verified referrals per $1 spent), by the global verified member base plus global deemed verified referrals through DSP purchases and payment for verification fees.
For members and their referral networks who join after the end of June 2025, the ratio is calculated by dividing the member's verified referrals (1 level deep), plus their deemed verified referrals earned through their own DSP purchases and payment for verification fees (1 verified referral per $1 spent), by the global verified member base plus global deemed verified referrals through DSP purchases and payment for verification fees.

Founding Members can recommend up to 10 deals supplied within their cities per year, while ordinary members are limited to recommending only one deal supplied in their cities per year. DSM Early Founding Members enjoy unlimited deal recommendations worldwide.
Additionally, EFM status grants premium privileges, such as receiving randomly assigned free referrals from individuals who join DSM without a personal invitation link, and gaining first-hand access to emerging opportunities within the DSM ecosystem.

DSPs, which are exclusively used for pre-ordering or purchasing products and services within DSM, will have an initial value of $50,000 when the DSM Shopping software launches, anticipated before the end of the year 2025.
To qualify as an EFM after purchasing DSPs, you must upload your current profile picture to our Social Hub and permit us, either via email or private message to one of our staff members, to add you to our Founding Members page.
